Determining the Main Resilience Competencies by Applying Fuzzy Logic in Military Organization

Military training programs have been developed to enhance soldier resilience competencies, which are necessary for soldiers perform their duties effectively under stress. The ongoing military conflict in Ukraine and the experience of previous missions abroad emphasize need effective that helps recover quickly continue missions. However, selecting most suitable program is challenging selection criteria be optimized ensure needed competencies considered. This study aimed utilize a fuzzy MCDM method establish priority weight decision-making criteria, identifying core training, utilizing TOPSIS rank select appropriate program. evaluation results were calculated using MATLAB (R2020b) mathematical package by MathWorks. application hierarchical MCDA model based on sets theory indicated mental agility important competence high-stress environments. found Mindfulness-Based Mind Fitness Training (MMFT) program, intended regulate soldiers’ emotions, had highest among evaluated options according combined FAHP sub-factor weights alternatives conducted FTOPSIS. provides valuable information programs.
